A client journey should collect only the information needed to help the customer and the agent.
People stay responsible
Agents remain responsible for advice, exceptions, property decisions and the customer relationship.

The assistant should say what it can help with and send sensitive or uncertain questions to a person.
What is true today
The public demo is not a client system.
The marketing-site demo is an illustration. A client’s live setup is configured and documented separately.
Use fictional details only. Chat messages and recent context are sent through Estate Meld’s server to OpenAI to generate replies. The website does not save demo transcripts to its database or create a live agency lead. Calculator inputs stay in your browser. Demo requests, access requests and feedback forms are submitted to Estate Meld so we can review and reply. Read the privacy policy.
The current product includes a website chat box, a lead workspace, conversation records and questions that can be configured. The exact hosting, connection, AI provider and day-to-day controls are agreed for each client.
The information collected, where it goes, who can access it, how long it is kept, how people opt out and when an agent takes over are agreed in writing for that client.
Before a client goes live

- What the enquiry journey is for and the minimum details it needs
- Approved sources of property and business information
- Where the summary goes, who can access it and who is authorised
- When a person takes over and which decisions the assistant must not make
- Permission wording, follow-up methods and how people opt out
- How long information is kept and how correction or deletion requests work
- The website, AI, messaging and other providers used for that setup
- Testing, monitoring, incident contact and who approves changes
No promises we cannot verify. Estate Meld does not currently claim a security certification, fixed Australian data storage, a universal provider list or that every setup uses the same controls. Those details must be checked for the chosen client setup.
